The Big 3!
It was a Sunday, so first: Church!
On the third day, we ate, we biked, and we conquered got lost!
My personal rule of thumb when traveling: ALWAYS GO FOR THE ICONS FIRST.
“I want Taiwan!”
That’s exactly what I said when major things I had planned this year, all suddenly took a different turn.
I admit, I never really watched this 2016 Korean drama series, except for the times when I would leave the TV on while doing something else. But I always thought something looked familiar.
Back in Incheon after a long bus ride from Busan, we caught ourselves in the middle of a busy sidewalk, with thousands of university studs racing their way into the open grounds of Inha University.
I was watching the trailer of the film Black Panther when suddenly, “hey, that looks familiar!”
So after hours of trekking at Seoraksan National Park, and that rather strange dinner we had (click here for the story), it was such a treat to retire to this lovely beach-side resort–Kensington in Sokcho-si.
My third trip to Korea wasn’t just seeing new places, but also revisiting old ones which we didn’t explore as much on the first time (like Songdo on my previous post). One of those is Seoraksan National Park.
Unrecognizable. But in a good way.
Third time’s a charm? I only say so because I failed to achieve my goal of taking higher quality photos on my first 2 visits to Korea. Now I guess I finally got it right on the 3rd time!
It seems just like last year when we first stepped foot in Korea . Yet here we are now, we’ve just gotten back from our third music ministry tour in the land which we can now somehow call home.
Who would have thought, that simply opening your mouth could bring so much health benefits? This isn’t a very complicated thing, in fact, this is what many love to do– Singing.
I had just gotten off Facebook after watching global music royalty, Carrie Underwood’s skydiving video in Sydney. I said to myself with much conviction, “I am definitely doing that!”
Who doesn’t know Hillsong?
I was back in Korea in less than a year. How even more blessed can I be to get to attend and perform at a wedding too?
A couple years ago, we, the New Life Sounds Choir met a Korean pastor, Pastor Yang, who frequently visits Cebu for missions. He invited us to visit Korea on a music ministry mission. Well, it seemed like everything came into place, and so we did.
Looking for a great Valentine concert this February?
Thinking of a meaningful bonding and entertainment with friends, family, and a special someone? Or perhaps planning on just going solo?
